Past 2023 Projects:

1. Neurodiversity Education Accommodation Tools, or NEAT: The website serves to provide information and resources for neurodiverse high schoolers on how to access and obtain accommodations at their schools, since it can be a challenging process.

 

2. A Website for ADHD, Autistic, and Dyslexic Students: The website offers resources for high school students with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia to better help them in school and outside of school too. Our website also brings awareness to current events and programs that may guide them to success. 

 

3. U.N.I.T.E : a game simulating the ADHD experience targeting neurotypicals in order to help them understand and empathize with the ADHD population. The game takes on a day-in-the-life format, as the player goes to school and plays through several minigames shining a light on diverse ADHD symptoms. 

 

4. Collegeable: a website dedicated to helping neurodiverse students find their best fit college based on accommodations, opportunities, and student testimonials.

 

5. ADHD Classroom Resources: This project aims to develop a comprehensive booklet for teachers, offering insights into ADHD in the classroom, practical accommodations, and real-life stories from ADHD students. The goal is to enhance teacher knowledge and foster a more inclusive learning environment for all students.

 

6. The Neuroverse: A gamified task management website that helps students with autism manage their school tasks more easily. 

 

7.Through the Lens Photojournal: This photojournal focuses on the people behind neurodiverse conditions, aiming to highlight their humanity by sharing their experiences and talents through interviews, creative spotlights, and more.

 

8. A.T.E (Autism Tools for Education): Our project involves a website with many interactive and engaging features such as animated stories, a student-to-student section, newsletters, an eBook, and activities to help educate teens and kids about neurodiversity and help them gain understanding about the experiences of the neurodiverse community to foster a greater sense of community
