2023 Stanford Neurodiversity Project - Research Education Advocacy Camp for High School Students

We are excited to hold our SNP-REACH Camp Stanford Neurodiversity Project’s Research, Education, and Advocacy Camp for High Schoolers (SNP-REACH) again this summer and wanted to reach out regarding this exciting opportunity. Please consider applying if you are interested and sharing the flyer with your friends as well!

SNP-REACH is a two-week summer camp for high school students. At this camp, students have a variety of opportunities, which include learning more about neurodiversity advocacy, the strengths-based model, universal design principles, and more. Students can also hear from neurodivergent student advocates and collaborate on neurodiversity advocacy projects that they can continue beyond the program. Students conduct group projects of their choice using the design thinking approach. Last summer, 90 high school students were selected from over 340 applications representing students from all over California and the United States. After the camp, most students continue with their neurodiversity advocacy projects in their own high school.

Thank you! Feel free to email snp-reach-oc@stanford.edu with any questions.
